Android Minsky from Planet Wyh - The Law of Non-Contradiction, Fargo Third Season

In the plot of the nonexistent book The Planet Wyh, the persistent android Minsky crashes on Earth and watches his boss die, and then passively witnesses over millions of years the planet’s evolution, the rise of humanity, the collapse of civilizations, and a nuclear war.

He loses an arm to human vandals but keeps recording data until he’s caught up in an alien attack and rescued by the United Federation of Planets.

Minsky can only say he’s here to help, without really knowing how.

After being recognized as the oldest sentient being in the universe and thanked for the massive amounts of data he recorded, the little robot is told it’s time to shut down.

And because it has no sense of self-preservation or doesn't know Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics, he obeys.

His head opens, revealing a switch lit by a green light, he reaches for it with his hand and turns it off, the light turns red, and his eyes go dark, and Minsky is gone forever — a Golem whose long mission has ended, a retired Sisyphus unaware of his own condition.

Fargo is an insanely good series, and Minsky was ahead of his time, maybe he was the true original prototype for the Tyrell Corporation — more human than human.

That’s why I paired it with Forward Thinking tune by Digital and name it Forward Minsky.
