The Battle of Kerzhenets (1971) - Directed by Ivan Ivanov-Vano e Yuri Norstein

The Battle of Kerzhenets is the impressive 1971 animated short movie directed by Ivan Ivanov-Vano and Yuri Norstein, showing a battle between Russian soldiers being attacked and literally swept away by Mongol hordes, based on the legendary Invisible City of Kitezh tale, which disappeared into the waters of a lake to escape the invaders.

Bats In The Belfry by Emalkay is another legendary song that also swept the dance floors and radio programs during the second generation of Dubstep in 2006, and I perfectly remember when it dropped in the basement of the beloved Festa Tranquera on Rua Augusta in São Paulo, and no one survived.

Speaking of sweeping, I don't know if bats appeared on the Battle of Kerzhenets and even less so on Dubstep dance floors, but I've faced several of them armed with a broom more than once in my life, and all the battles were epic, so I took advantage of the obligatory pun and named it The Bats of Kerzhenets.
